Reverb Imperial Pilsner

Notes: Up front, Pilsner malt makes a clear yet restrained statement, answered by the steady, harmonious hum of Saaz hops, traces of which linger in the dry, crisp finish.

Harvest Dance Wheat Wine Style Ale

Notes: This beer has a fruity aroma with sweet malt notes. The flavor has a complex blend of sweet, bready malt, vanilla, oak, and a slightly vinous backnote.

Unfiltered Wheat Beer

Notes: A slightly cloudy, light-bodied, straw colored beer with a sweet, bready malt flavor, low hop bitterness and a hint of citrus.

80-Acre Hoppy Wheat Beer

Notes: An effort to craft a hybrid yielded a bumper crop of flavor; a delightfully distinctive ale with the aroma of an IPA and the refreshing taste of a wheat beer.

Dark Truth Stout

Notes: This is a full bodied beer whose general characteristics include a black, almost opaque appearance with a rich chocolaty and moderately fruity aroma.

Bourbon Barrel Quad

Grainstorm Black Rye IPA

Notes: Aroma: hop forward; piney, spicy, hint of citrus and fruit. Malt: surprisingly little roast character; use of pale malt and roasted wheat (high color/low roast) allow the rye flavor to come through.

 Irish Ale

Notes: Irish Ale, Boulevard’s early spring seasonal beer, is its Midwestern tribute to the legendary red ales of old Ireland. Their recipe combines six kinds of pale and roasted barley malts to provide a rich, toasty flavor and tawny reddish hue.

Spring Belle Saison

Notes: Spring Belle Saison marries the crisp, spicy flavor of a traditional farmhouse saison, with its citrusy hop notes, to the fresh floral aromas of chamomile, rose petals, and elderflower. Late hopping with Calypso and Lemon Drop rounds out this drinkable spring bouquet.

ZŌN Belgian-style Witbier

Notes: Boulevard’s summer seasonal is its interpretation of a classic Belgian witbier. ZŌN (Flemish for “sun”) combines the subtle flavors of coriander and orange peel with other traditional ingredients to create a delightful, refreshing summertime brew.

Bob’s 47 Oktoberfest

Notes: This fall seasonal beer, Bob’s ’47 Oktoberfest is a medium-bodied, dark amber brew with a malty flavor and well-balanced hop character. With this Munich-style lager, Boulevard salutes its friend Bob Werkowitch, Master Brewer and graduate of the U.S. Brewer’s Academy, 1947.

Nutcracker Ale

Notes: Nutcracker Ale is Boulevard’s holiday gift for real beer lovers. This hearty, warming brew is a classic winter ale, deep amber in color, with hints of molasses balanced by the “spiciness” of Chinook hops.

Silver Anniversary Ale

Imperial Stout

Notes: This version is an over-the-top riff on the style, with a huge grain bill featuring several kinds of malted barley, wheat, rye, oats, and spelt. Robust grain and coffee flavors are counterbalanced by date and plum notes from the Scottish yeast. This item is very limited – please check for availability.

Love Child No. 4

Innis & Gunn

Notes: Its originality also lies in its singular taste – notes of biscuity malt and vanilla swirling within a creamy, mellow character.

Rum Cast

Notes: A Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy style beer brewed in Edinburgh, United Kingdom (Scotland). Maturation in special oak barrels imparts Navy rums with the sweet, spicy character for which they are renowned.
