We are so excited about this year’s apple picking season!! 

We’ve recently expanded to a second location at Mann Orchards Riverside Farm where we will pride ourselves on providing you with a Pick Your Own Apple Orchard, family friendly activities, and the warm and friendly atmosphere you’ve come to expect from Mann Orchards. Our Riverside Farm is conveniently located at 445 Merrimack Street in Methuen, Massachusetts.

Apple Picking

Mann’s Riverside Farm is a fall event not to be missed. Our whopping 40-acre Apple Orchard grows a WIDE variety of apples through out the season. Our crop this year is great, with tons of apples!

1 Peck – $28
Approx. 10lbs of apples, admits 3 people (ages 1 year-99) into our apple orchard

1/2 Bushel – $38
Approx. 20lbs of apples, admits 5 people (ages 1 year-99) in our apple orchard
Prices subject to change. Admission into the orchard also includes access to our Wagon Ride, Mini Corn Maze and Picnic Area

Tractor Wagon Rides

Admission to our orchard includes our tractor-pulled wagon ride through the orchard. Visit our fresh cut-flower field, our mini corn maze of just enjoy the wind in your hair on our slow & scenic wagon ride. Not to worry, the wagon will take you right to where the apples are…

Mini Corn Maze

Our Mini Corn maze is a fan favorite! Great for kids, but parents you’ll enjoy it too we’re certain. Get lost and find your way back as many times as you like, its free with admission to ‘Pick Your Own’!

Fresh Cut-Flower Field

Enjoy taking pictures and cutting a fresh bouquet of beautiful zinnias, sunflowers and more! Take home as many as you’d like, free with the price of the PYO admission. Butterflies love it, and we’re certain you will too!!

Riverside Flock

The newest Mann’s employees are a few feathered friends.  Our new Riverside flock cant wait to meet you! Pearl, Lotte, Doris, Opal and Annie! Enjoy watching the girls scratch and peck as they hang out at the orchard in their Coops for a Cause ‘little red barn’. The girls will be waiting! Come and join the fun!

Apple Cider Donuts

The first thing that you’ll notice about our farm stand at our Riverside location is the smell… and its a good one! Fresh off the machine, our Apple Cider Donuts are simply the best around. Our famous homemade recipe can’t be topped. Grab one, half a dozen or as many as your can carry!

Please no pets (service dogs only… therapy or emotional support dogs not included in this policy), no outside food or drinks and absolutely no smoking. Thank you!
